Have you ever wondered what would happen if you let AI handle every part of a creative project — from writing lyrics to producing a full song with visuals?

That’s exactly what I decided to explore.

This song wasn’t planned. It started as a simple idea — what if I could make something out of nothing using free AI tools?

Within a few hours, that small spark turned into a complete song with lyrics, music, and visuals — all created with the help of artificial intelligence.

💡 Step 1: Writing the Lyrics

I started with ChatGPT to write the lyrics.

I described my interests — photography, capturing candid emotions, and volunteering —and asked ChatGPT to create something short, fun, and meaningful.

Within seconds, I had well-written indie-style lyrics that reflected who I am and what I love doing.

It felt magical to watch words form around my passions so effortlessly.

🎶 Step 2: Turning Words into Music

Next, I used Suno AI to bring the lyrics to life.

I simply pasted the text, selected an indie genre, and let the tool compose the melody, vocals, and rhythm.

In just a few minutes, I had a complete track — a song that felt authentic, emotional, and unique.

The best part? No instruments, no studio — just creativity and curiosity.

🎬 Step 3: Visual Storytelling with AI

Once the song was ready, I returned to ChatGPT — this time to generate a storyboard.

I wanted each lyric to have a visual story that matched its emotion and rhythm.

ChatGPT helped me break down the song into scenes and describe camera angles, settings, and moods.

It was like collaborating with a creative director who never sleeps.

🎥 Step 4: Bringing the Vision to Life

With the storyboard in hand, I turned to Google Veo — an AI video generation tool.

Scene by scene, I generated short clips to match the song’s flow.

The visuals weren’t perfect — some scenes didn’t fully align with the rhythm or tone — but that’s okay. This was more about exploration than perfection.

I then combined everything using a simple video editor, syncing the clips with the song.

✨ Reflections: The Beauty of AI Experimentation

What amazed me most was how easy it was to create something from nothing.

Just a few tools, a few prompts, and a few hours — and I had a full creative piece.

AI isn’t here to replace human creativity — it’s here to enhance it.

Even if the output isn’t perfect, AI-generated content can act as a reference point, a mood board, or a creative spark for something new.

It’s a starting line for imagination.

With time, better prompting, and artistic direction, these tools can produce professional-level work — but even in their current state, they open doors to endless possibilities.

🎓 Created as Part of My MSc Digital Marketing Journey

This experiment was part of my ongoing exploration into AI-driven creativity at the University of the West of Scotland, under the guidance of Professor Theofilos Tzanidis.

It represents how marketing, media, and storytelling are evolving — where technology and creativity meet to form something truly original.
